
Dance & Tap Dance
At Hand in Hand, we also offer dance and tap dance classes for students with disabilities. These classes are not only an enjoyable activity but also play a significant role in promoting both physical and mental well-being. Dance helps improve flexibility, strength, and coordination while providing a creative outlet for self-expression. Tap dance, in particular, engages rhythm and timing, which can enhance cognitive skills and focus.
